  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse are not eligible.
  • Final sale, promotional, and clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.
