- Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse are not eligible.
- Final sale, promotional, and clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

3. How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. MELORA is not responsible for lost return packages.
